CCL’s fractional consultant service is a program to provide businesses a way to handle continuous construction consulting needs at an economical cost.  The advantage to your firm is always having someone to call on when the need arises at a lower cost.  A consultant is just a phone call away.  This service would allow your firm to obtain expert advice before a potential claim becomes a reality.  Consulting may include schedules, specification review, temporary staff, change order calculation, notice letters, or any other of the many obstacles a design or construction company encounter on an hourly basis.
