NETWORK SCHEDULES EARNED VALUE ANALYSIS

 

CCL is a leader in the use of Critical Path Method (CPM) network schedules for project management and controls. Cost loaded CPM schedules provide an accurate basis for earned value analysis and a reliable basis to pay for work in place on a monthly basis. Cost loaded schedules also enable owners and designers to forecast and plan project financial requirements based on the actual project schedule, and schedule updates, and evaluate progress using "S" curve trend analysis based on the CPM schedule and the planned and actual start and finish dates for activities in the schedule.
