CCL CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS, INC. is a construction consulting company providing services in expert witness testimony, project management, evaluation of construction claims, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, facilities consulting, training, management consulting, services to financial institutions and investors, advice on the U.S. construction industry, seminars and training. CCL's staff includes engineers, project managers, construction schedulers,  estimators, attorneys, and other experienced construction professionals.

CCL's offices are located in Kansas City, Chicago, and Avon, Colorado.  CCL maintains project offices at construction sites as needed.

CCL has provided project management, prepared critical path method (CPM) construction schedules, prepared claim analysis, and prepared facilities assessments, including evaluation of construction deficiencies on millions of dollars of construction. Our staff has authored books on construction management, claims, and scheduling topics that are widely used by contractors, owners, designers, and attorneys. CCL publishes a monthly review of Construction and Design Literature titled CCL Summaries.

Familiar with construction practices throughout the world, CCL has served clients internationally. CCL has completed assignments throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

CCL's consultants have design, construction, scheduling, project management, or claims evaluation experience on projects in the United States, Japan, Egypt, United Kingdom, France, Spain, West Germany, Italy, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Africa, Greenland, Korea, Malaysia, the Caribbean, and other countries.

Fees for CCL assignments are agreed upon prior to the initiation of any assignment. On-line consulting is also available for emergency or immediate attention.
