CCL CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS, INC. has provided construction consulting services on over 1400 projects since 1986. CCL's services include expert witness testimony, project management, construction claims consultation / evaluation / resolution, and project scheduling using P3, P6, SureTrak, or Microsoft Project. Additional services include facilities consulting and construction consulting services to financial institutions and investors.
CCL's staff of engineers are experienced project managers, construction schedulers, estimators, and construction claims professionals. In addition, we provide litigation support to attorneys to assist clients in the resolution of construction disputes and claims.
We have performed CPM project scheduling via electronic network for clients from California to Connecticut. We have extensive experience with project management and construction claims / delays evaluations on projects throughout the United States, and international experience on projects in Japan, Egypt, United Kingdom, France, Spain, West Germany, Italy, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Africa, Greenland, Korea, Malaysia, the Caribbean, and other countries.
